Edifice Director, Dugald Campbell meets with all our clients and project manages every job.
The process begins with our very first meeting and it only ends when we hand you the keys, wipe down the kitchen bench, or see the final coat of oil dry on the deck around the pool.
Working alongside Dugald is Business Manager Ellissia Campbell and Office Manager Teagan Lambie.
With decades of construction, property and project management experience between them, Dugald, Ellissia and Teagan are the first point of contact for clients. Experts at finding creative solutions, solving problems and increasing efficiencies, their focus is on improving client experience every step of the way.
They like to dig deep, really get to know people and the project right from the start. You’ll see them on the job site, at every stage of the build and whenever you need to talk.
Our dedication to the management side of the building process means we know where every project is at, at any moment, down to the nail, and so will you. No guessing. No run-around. No surprises we can’t handle.
Once the job begins, our site supervisors, builders with many years experience, oversee day-to-day operations and our large crew see each project through from start to finish. We work with a team of excellent sub-contractors from plumbers and electricians, to cabinetmakers and tilers and involve them in the planning and scheduling of every job.

Recently Dugald Campbell was engaged in a Consulting Project Management role, along with completing specialist work, to complete the restoration and conversion of a hand made brick former Produce Store into a Restaurant. Dugald’s understanding of heritage buildings, his vision on ascetic fittings and structures, his skill in executing quality specialist work is evident in the finished product admired by all who visit Houdini’s Café e Cucina.
